In the case of delivery outside of Denmark, the delivery surcharge for shipping abroad is stated at the time of purchase and is 100kr.

The prices of the pieces is in danish currency Kr.
How do I buy?
Find the art piece you would like to buy and press the button ´add to cart´ or ´buy it now´. Then click the "Checkout" button at the top right or press the "View cart" button. Complete the customer information, press the "Continue to shipping method" button, select the payment form and click the "Complete order" button.

We do not charge card fees. (Note, however, that card type fees issued outside the EU may still be charged. For Diners Club and American Express, you must have a direct redemption agreement with Diners Club and / or American Express. The amount is first raised on your card when the item is shipped.
Usually I send within the same day I receive your order and the product will be on the way. Average waiting time before receipt of the product is 3 working days within Denmark. 7 days if its outside Denmark. If the shipment is delayed, you will be informed accordingly.
How do you price your products?
The products have different prices. The price varies according to the size of the art. Print is generally cheaper than the original art. The price of each product can be found by clicking on the product.
Why do you need my phone number when I fill in customer information?
I need your phone number to send you a text message when your product is on its way and delivered.
How is the art sent?
The products are sent from my studio via DAO delivery service or DHL. This means that you will receive a text message and an email with a delivery point near you. In order to ensure that your art is sent safely, I personally handle the packaging.
As a consumer you have 14 days of right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If the purchase consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last part. The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of the terms of trade. You cannot regret the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase:
If you have bought more goods with me, you have the option of returning one or more goods, even if they are purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be refunded shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to me. You have to pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation. Some items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to: Original works of art. The cost of returning these goods within Denmark is expected to cost at most: 400 kr.

Item condition when you return it:
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it differently than was necessary to determine the nature of the item, properties and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the merchandise value of the item.
Repayment of purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Buying Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. Contact us before sending the item.
If your claim is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discounted price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please provide a detailed description of the problem.
We need the following information when shopping with us: Name, address, telephone number and email address. We record and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you.
The personal information is registered with HelloSketch and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies treat information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to know what information we are processing about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we should use it.
